AMOR is a place to meet, in the typical conviviality of ancient Rome. Our idea sees the meeting of the gastronomic culture of ancient times, with the evolution of modern taste starting from the genuine flavors of one of the most loved cuisines in the world: Italian cuisine.
For the ancient Romans, the banquet dinner, which lasted until late at night, was the most important meal of the day.

All five senses were involved: in addition to seeing, touching and tasting, there was speaking and listening.
If the ceremony culminated in the sharing of meat, the spectacularity was guaranteed by dances, music and theatrical scenes.

Our proposal is inspired by the tradition of the ancient Banquet, inviting guests to live a new experience, savoring the pleasure of food and traditions of the past.
